Tackling the research challenges sessions: Themes A-G
In these sessions, delegates will hear summaries of the latest research from the Supergen ORE Hub Flexible Funded projects a corresponding theme from our Supergen ORE Hub Research Landscape, in addition to presentations from the Hub Co-Directors on the latest developments in the Hub’s core research in this area.
In order to generate wider discussion during the session, delegates are encouraged to watch on-demand videos in advance of the session by following the links against each of the project titles provided below (this will link to a project page where further resources will also be available). The on-demand presentations will provide in-depth information about the project prior to the summary and discussion session, and will be made available a week before the Annual Assembly.
Following the summary presentations at the Assembly, a Q&A session will give delegates the opportunity to ask questions of the speakers regarding their research, but also look to discuss the current gaps in research within this theme and where future research should be directed. Delegates joining in person will be able to verbally ask questions, and those joining virtually will be able to type questions via the online platform. Delegates (both in person and online) will also be able to post their thoughts on these gaps in research and future direction at any point through the Annual Assembly through a dedicated chat board, which will be made available through the conference software ‘SpotMe’. Details of how to access ‘SpotMe’ will be provided in the Annual Assembly joining instructions.
