Targeted research to unlock growth in offshore renewable energy

Join us for a webinar exploring the Strategic Research Agenda report, which takes a whole-sector, forward-thinking view of the opportunities and challenges ahead, setting priority areas for research.

Chaired by Prof. Deborah Greaves, this webinar will bring together Co-Directors from the Supergen ORE Hub university partners to examine the Strategic Research Agenda. As co-authors of the report, they will offer their insight on the research challenges, the synergies between these challenges, and how they can help advance the sector at pace, whilst embedding environmental and socioeconomic value in the UK.

The session will review the collaborative effort behind the development of the Agenda and the foundation of existing policy work on which it builds. The discussion will focus on understanding the research challenges and exploring next steps - specific actions for different parts of the sector to take forward to strengthen the foundation of innovative research the sector needs.
